Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Trakdip, a product of Codicra Technologies(“we”, “us”, or “our”). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Trakdip, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is currently available to users with Nigerian phone numbers. Availability in other regions may be added over time.

2. Your account

• Your account is identified by your phone number. You are responsible for keeping your phone number and authentication tokens secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at info@codicra.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

4. Financial data

Trakdip is a personal financial tracking tool. It is not a bank, financial institution, or regulated financial service. The Service does not hold, transfer, or manage your money. All financial records you enter are for your personal tracking purposes only. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information recorded in the Service.

5. Subscriptions and payments

• Trakdip offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly.
• New accounts receive a 14-day trial with access to all features. No credit card is required for the trial.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you also agree to their terms of service.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, and content, is owned by Codicra Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal or business financial tracking purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of the financial data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime or changes to the Service.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codicra Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us at info@codicra.com. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by sending a message to your registered phone number or by posting a notice in the app. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
